Mark Gelinas

Mark Gelinas was originally from Mt. Prospect, Illinois, but resided in Atlanta, Georgia when he wrote this book. His journey involves great people from both places, and many other places around the globe, near and far. They are the reason he remained Gel Strong until the very end. Mark passed away in December of 2018.
