Paul Possenti

Paul Possenti is the Director of Trauma Services, Emergency Management, and is the Site Safety Officer at Yale New Haven Health, Bridgeport Hospital. He has over 28 years of experience taking care of Burn and Trauma patients. He holds faculty appointments at a number of colleges, including: Yale University School of Medicine, Yale University School of Nursing, Quinnipac University and King’s College and Sacred Heart University. He is a certified instructor in several categories of life support, including advanced burn, advanced cardiac, advanced trauma and advance pediatric life support. He has participated in numerous scholarly presentations both on the national and international level and has authored 20 research articles.
