Deb Sheesley Tokarz
Deb Sheesley Tokarz was raised in Chicago. She graduated from Roosevelt University and has worked most of her career in human resources management. This is her debut as a nonfiction author which bravely lays out her personal experience with copper toxicity and displays her talent in relating emotions in a way that the reader can associate with his/her own vulnerabilities. She is currently working on a prequel about the consequences of living in prolonged survival mode. When she is not writing, she enjoys reading, and unbeknownst to her book club, she is a closet self-help book junkie who also enjoys a chai tea latte more often than she would like to admit.
