Hey Kids! Guess what? Ken and Paul have teamed up to give you some great information about fire safety. The fact is, this kind of disaster can happen anywhere, at any time. That’s a scary thought. But here’s another fact: the better prepared you are, the safer you will be! That’s why we want to teach you, your brothers & sisters, and your friends the best way to prevent fires, stay safe if there is a fire, and what to do to help others if a fire happens.

After you finish the fun games in this book, check out the wrap-up section in the back of the book with your parents or any adult who you like…

Have fun reading, writing, coloring, and problem solving.

  • What a fun and educational book! Grace and Friends is a wonderful example of how we can educate children and their families on burn prevention as well as fire safety techniques while at the same time making it an interesting and important topic. Ken and Paul – awesome job.

Samantha Wenta, Physician Assistant Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital
  • This is fantastic. A book like this really serves a need for a far too common disaster, that is sometimes ignored. Fire can strike to anyone at anytime. Tools like this book help prevent and lessen the impact of devastating fires.

Tom Willis, Fire Marshall, Town of Seymour
  • With fire prevention only taught one week a year in schools, Grace and Friends provides a fun, interactive way for kids to learn about fire safety year round!

Lieutenant Zaniewski, City of Danbury Fire Department
