A great time was had by one and all at this past weekend’s “Best Seat in the House” launch party at Tavern on 60 in Mundelein, Illinois.
Fans were already there waiting for the author when he arrived, and a constant flow of people came to congratulate author Bruce Bohrer on his accomplishment, buy a book, and a get an autograph. This despite the fact that Mundelein was being deluged with a typhoon-like storm. People came in and bought 5, 8, 10 copies of the book at once because it’s such a perfect gift for the Cub fans in their families.
Of course, Bruce had a secret weapon on hand. His incredibly cute grand-daughter stole the show.
If you missed our first launch party, we’re working on another one. And, of course, you shouldn’t forget that “Best Seat in the House: Diary of a Wrigley Field Usher” is also available right here at Eckhartz Press. The e-book will also be available soon at the usual e-book outlets.
Here are a few more photos from a fun afternoon…
