You may have seen or heard Eckhartz Press co-publisher David Stern in the news lately. He’s been promoting another jewel in the Eckhartz Press media empire recently–the pothole store. Dave came up with this concept over the winter months when the potholes reached ridiculous levels in Chicago (and many other places) thanks to the extreme weather we’ve been experiencing.
First he appeared on WGN-Television. Next it was WGN radio. Actually, there were multiple appearance there, with Pete McMurray, then with Steve Cochran, and finally with Garry Meier.
He also appeared on WLS radio a few times, first with John Kass, and then with Bruce Wolf & Dan Proft.
This past weekend he was profiled by DNAinfo Chicago.
Well, if you pick up today’s paper, he’s done it again. The pothole store is now in the Chicago Tribune. Read it here. (If you get the actual newspaper, it’s on page 3, above the fold)
The Pothole store has even created some pothole music…
Stop by the pothole store today! Everybody else is.
